All intellectual property rights in our services, methodologies, reports, and threat intelligence remain the property of Recon-X. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recon-X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
